We are delighted to announce that Regents have awarded the brickwork package for the construction of 480 residential units, commerce space and basement across 5 blocks ranging from 9-16 stories at homebase site swandon way, Wandsworth SW18.

We are delighted to announce that Regents have awarded the brickwork and stonework package of the Meridian Water Phase 1a regeneration programme working with Vistry Partnerships. Construction of 242 no. new build mixed Tenure dwellings (comprising 87 affordable tenure dwellings, 28 private tenure dwellings and 127 shared ownership dwellings at Willoughby Lane, N17 0XR

We are delighted to announce that Regents have been awarded the brickwork package by Higgins Partnerships construction of the new residential construction development comprising of 74 nr. residential dwellings in a 3-7 storey single block with 3 nr GF retail units at 39-49a Woodgrange Road, Newham, London, E7 8BA

PROJECT WIN Announcement
Regents commenced works on site at Shredded Wheat Phase 1 at Broadwater Road, Welwyn Garden City, AL7 3BQ for Higgins Partnerships.
The £44m Hertfordshire scheme for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing will comprise 52 shared ownership properties, 106 for affordable rent and 50 homes exclusively for the over 55s.

PROJECT WIN Announcement
Regents commenced works on site January 2022 at Woodward Road, Dagenham, RM9 4SJ for Mulalley.
A design and build development for Be First providing a total of 56 new affordable homes. These comprise of three blocks of apartments and 13 mews houses together with the construction of a new commercial space and minor alterations to an existing listed library.

Project Win Announcement
Regents commenced works on June 2022 site at Monument Way, London Borough of Haringey, N17 9JL for Mulalley.
Situated along Fairbanks Road in Tottenham, Monument Way is being built on a former local authority brownfield site on the edge of an existing estate. Newlon are providing 54 Affordable Rent homes, with the provision of new landscaping.

PROJECT WIN ANNOUNCEMENT
We are delighted to announce that Regents have been appointed to the next phase of the Aylesbury Estate regeneration programme working with Vistry Partnerships and Notting Hill Genesis on Plot 18.
Work on the £66m project, which will create a new public library, health and early years facilities plus commercial space as well as more than 120 new homes for rent, will commence early in 2021.

Brunel Street Works is a stunning development that’s perfectly placed next to Canning Town station with connections to Canary Wharf and beyond.
We look forward to delivering another project for Vistry Partnerships on top of our flagship project Oaklands House in Willesden and the recently completed Ferry Lane in Walthamstow.
